My son and I made it to the shop on a Saturday. We both were overdue for a haircut and had a lot of hair to cleanup. The owner was very courteous and respectful to the both of us. He kept the conversation pleasant and left us both with a very professional haircut. It's extremely difficult to find a walk-in barbershop that is available on Saturday. Ben, the owner and sartorial specialist gave me an amazingly stylish and wonderfully crafted men's haircut. He has every tool imaginable to shape and cut hair. He did not rush and was checking with me as to the desired length and layering of my hair. I will try to visit his shop as my hair needs cutting. I help out an 88 year old gentleman, who obviously has some dementia issues. I took him for a hair cut yesterday. I waited outside due to Covid 19 restrictions. When it was time to pay, I saw my guy hand over some money, and I watched as the barber counted it. $35.00. I then witnessed my guy pull out his wallet and hand over more money. I was knocking at the door to be let in so I could help explain to my guy that he was paying too much. The barber finally let me in, and gave me an incredible hard, rude unprofessional attitude as I was trying to explain to him the condition of my guy and how he did not understand and that he was being taken advantage of. so in the end, the guy recieved over a 22.00 tip, and told me to never come back. I was so upset that my guy was so taken advantage of in this way, and with the horrible experience I received for just trying to help out an elderly gentleman ! I have been advised to call the budmans, the state, the licensing department and report. This is just so horrible that people will take such advantage of the elderly. The barber kept telling me, its fine, shut up, he wants to give me money. I asked him if he wanted change .... good grief.. even after I tried my best to explain that he just didnt understand with his current "elderly" mental status.. didnt seem to matter to this young man. I hope no one else has to experience this. read more

Went in for a high and tight, after an hour I left bleeding and felt like I had a massive sunburn on my head for two days from razor burn. I have had this haircut for years and have never had such an awful experience in any other shop. Will never go back! read more
