Gerber Collision in Tonti Town Arkansas is a complete joke. I dropped my pickup off over a week ago. During the past week, I have had no phone calls, text or emails from Gerber, so I gave them a call and was told they could not find my truck. Once they found my truck, they said they would start working on it by Friday. I have been without transportation for over a week, while my pickup set hidden on Gerber's lot. A real auto body shop would communicate with their customers, and let them know that they received their vehicle and provide a status and updates. Shop agreed to repair My vehicle per our contract but failed to do so properly. SHODDY WORKSMANSHIP..HORRIBLE QUALITY. Paint dont match and left rear taillight is rubbing the body due to complete incompetence. Shop acted carelessly and failed to meet industry standards in their repairs leading to further damage and intentional cover-up by using Stains,Paints or Dyes in attempt to cover-up (hide) scratched and or damaged interior trim panels,dashboard,door panels,rocker panels window rubber and trim.,,After 2 months and two attempts to try and get it right we decided to have my 2020 Chevy Silverado transported to another Bodyshop for further evaluation! That's important to me because I had a rental, so I didn't have to hold on the rental for too long. I brought my Ford Focus here for hit and run damage to the rear bumper. I got the estimate submitted to my insurance company and a drop off date. Since it was a hit and run my deductible was lowered to 200.00 great. They said it would take 3 days had a free rental so ok. It was done a day early and the work was outstanding. This is the only collision shop I will use from now on! Best experience ever. It was going to take a while to get the work done in Farmington so they transported my car to their Rogers location. They had a rental car waiting for me at the collision center. I dealt with the staff at Farmington and they were superb. Work done in Rogers was excellent and they finished early! Car was detailed on the inside (no extra charge). They even touched up a few little spots that weren't part of the original repair and gave me the leftover paint. let me tell y'all about nwa collision center real quick. BEST COLLISION CENTER EVER!! everyone is super friendly and is always willing to help! they told me my car was going to take a week to be fixed and i ended up getting it back in only 4 days!! when i got my car back, it looked like no damages had ever even happened to my car! they even cleaned my car and gave me a little goodie basket with a thank you letter, mug, koozie, pen, and touch up paint. in addition to all the great service i had, they also have a lifetime warranty on all their repairs. i cannot say enough good things about nwa collision center. please do yourself a favor and only take your car here when it needs fixed. read more

This body shop is one of the best I've been to. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone there was familiar with my situation, the quotes, etc.- I didn't have to explain what was happening to 5 different people; their internal communication is obviously top notch. I was debating about whether to get a new bumper (I got hit), or just do cosmetic work. They happily gave me quotes for both. In the end, my budget dictated getting the cosmetic work done at a VERY reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome- my car looks new, like the accident didn't happen. They only took 3 hours to do the work by the time I finally brought it in, and the cost was lower than the original quote because they discovered they didn't need one of the pieces they'd originally included in the estimate. The staff is so friendly, personable, and just down to earth. I never felt like they were trying to get extra money from me, or "upsell" me in any way. I highly recommend NWA Collision! read more

I was rear-ended in May 2018 and did not get my car back until after almost two months, and even then it was not fixed like it should have been. During that time, I was told my car was completely fixed and ready to go on three separate occasions. On each occasion I found several issues wrong with my car and was told that the issues would be fixed. The first time I was told my car was ready to go, some of the paint that they had repainted was already coming off, the plastic on the inside of my tailgate came loose like it was about to fall completely off, and there were scratches on my back windshield wiper. There was even a spot on the roof of my car (that was not damaged in the accident) were it looked like someone had scratched it and then dropped some paint on top of it. I also informed them that one side of my taillights (including one license plate light) was brighter than the other side. I was told that they would fix these issues. The second time I was told that it was ready, I came and found loose pieces of plastic in the back of my car that had not been put back in place properly, a missing piece of plastic that goes in the back of my car, the inside of my car was very dusty and dirty, and the antenna on the roof of my car had scratches and sticky residue on it. Again, I received no apology for these issues, I was just reassured that they would be addressed. The third time I came to pick up my car after being told that all the issues were corrected, I found a small spot that did not get painted at all and there were several pieces of "trash" underneath the paint that caused little bubbles in the paint. I was told that they could easily fix these problems and they told me to come back in the morning. When I came back, they had painted the spot that did not have any paint, but the bubbles from the trash in the paint were all still there. I went inside and asked why they couldn't get them out and they said, "We strive for perfection, but sometimes you just can't get there." By this time I had been out of my car for almost two months and I was tired of dealing with the constant resurgence of issues. I decided to just take my car and drive it because most of the issues had been resolved. However, I still have bubbles in my paint and one side of the taillights on my car are dimmer than the other side, which is not at all aesthetically pleasing. I was not surprised to find one license plate light dangling from its wires when I walked to my car in the parking lot just yesterday. Completely unacceptable. Overall this has been by far the worst experience that I have had at any repair shop. It blows my mind that they tried to give me my car back three different times when all three times there were multiple things wrong with my car. read more
