We were delighted that he was able come so quickly to get started as we were anxious to move in. Upon arriving we inspected the area and he assured me he would be able to take care of the job in about 4 days. This is where the nightmare begins. Every time they came to my house they made things worse. They are sloppy and careless. They have no pride in their work and don't care about your house. I asked for a refund and was told "that's not going to happen." My entry and stair case are the are so messed up that I will need to call in professionals to fix. I need to have the entire job done again by someone who knows what they're doing. They are messy and careless. They make you pay before the final coat of poly is dry so they are long gone before you can really check out their handy work. They did offer to come back and try again.
