The nerve! The owner, Brenda and her daughter will not return calls, will lie about dates and forget to order items. They expect you to just take off time over and over again but will never apologize or take responsibility. They actually blamed their accountant, Wendy, for charging my bill without authorization. Don't blame her when you know it was you. The only time this company moved fast was when they charged my card. Their techs seem like nice guys but you can tell some of them have much less experience than others. They had to come out at least 6 times to complete this job. While dealing with Charleston Glass, I found Palmetto Glass in WA. NIGHT AND DAY! They are doing the rest of my restoration and specialty glass. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Fast, reliable and respectful of clients' time. Call them and skip Charleston Glass altogether.

Nothing complicated I had to keep calling back for a week to get someone out to measure and provide an estimate. That day came and went. Called back the next day and the guy said he was swamped and forgot but came right out. He measured and said I would get my estimate in 2 days. Those days came and went as well. I called back, talked to someone and they said I would get it soon. Twice I called back. Right now I wouldn't use them even if they had the lowest price. They can't keep their word and communication is very unprofessional.

Weeks go by for the second attempt of installing the glass door...they measured this door wrong also - so they left AGAIN without installing glass. Then the owner comes to my home to measure this time (obviously can't rely on their employees to correctly measure?). Then some more weeks pass by, they call me for a same day appointment - I explained I would rush home to meet them...10 minutes before the appointment they call me to cancel! After I rushed home and cancelled my plans for the day. I have asked for a discount and they denied that. They are lucky my toddler didn't cut himself on those razors. A very unorganized company.
