It was pointing at me. No one was removing it. I switched lanes to another register to get out of the way if it happened to go off. Guns scare me. I want nothing to do with them. So I was told to go to the other lane. I reluctantly went back to that register. The guy picked it up while it was pointing at me and then removes it. Not going back there again.
