Returning from Hyannis on July 8, the bus left 20 minutes late--which is acceptable. But then the driver dawdled and struggled at each and every stop. When the bus arrived at my terminal, it was more than an hour after the expected arrival and I needed special compensation to make my flight. I've seen P&B drivers heroically make up time before. By 11:05am with no one having shown up, I called all three phone numbers for the business . .one of which is Mike's cell number . . to no avail. By 11:10am, I had to load up my car and drive myself to the airport! What annoys me most is that I had spoken with Mike the prior Wednesday, October 26th, to confirm my transportation, and he said everything was all set. Mike finally did call my cell phone just prior to my boarding my flight at about 2:00pm to ask if I had made it to the airport. He said he was "looking into what happened" and would get back to me . . which, as of today, November 6th, he still has not. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer having used this business exclusively for both personal and professional travel , and have recommended Airport Express Direct to many friends and family members.
