Needed to have my elderly father and mother picked up at Logan with their many bags and driven into Cambridge for my son's wedding. They were so great at communicating and setting the whole ride up and when we had a minor hiccup with a exit being closed (thank you Logan Airport) the driver found them at the next open doorway and helped them and their luggage to the car. The driver was excellent, helped them out of the car as well and got all the luggage sorted upon arrival at the hotel. They were quick, polite and incredibly professional. Totally worth every penny! Forget an Uber. These guys make the experience personable and fun. Benney brought a group of us to Gillette for a Zach Bryan concert. Best decision ever! I even left my phone at the stadium during pouring rain. Benney blasted music, told me not to worry; then had another driver pick us back up from the hotel to bring us to the stadium once roads opened back up to find my phone. Both trips involved an early morning collection and Abbs, our driver showed up early and gave us plenty of time to make sure we were ready to leave. Abbs is such a friendly driver, very courteous, and happy to chat with us during our drive to and from the airport. And he's always made sure we reach our designated airport terminal on time. Called to ask what the cost would be for transportation to our wedding, and was given a quote. I then asked if stopping for photos is something that could be included or an extra cost. The person on the phone said "I gave you a quote for one thing and now you're asking for another," in an annoyed manner. I said that's correct, I wanted to know what the prices were for different options as I wasn't sure yet what the exact plan would be. After some back and forth, I was told that stopping for photos could be included and wouldn't change the cost - so I'm not sure why my question about photos was met with such annoyance. We relied upon the team - Abiner and Benney - to pick us up at a fairly remote Airbnb and deliver us on time to a family wedding. They were at our place early just to be sure and got us to the event with time to spare. Time in their vehicles actually became part of the event for us - great personalities, fun discussions and at all times making us feel we were VIP's. One of the family members had an important package and preferred not to bring it into the venue. When asked if it could be left in the vehicle, Benney said he would guard it with his life and we truly believed him. It's more than a 90-minute drive ... and these guys really came through for me - at the last minute! Abiner was so accommodating and professional in helping to book my trip. Benney, my driver, was witty, charming, and so fun to hang out with on the long drive to NH after midnight. Update: we've used All-Savants a handful of times this year and they're great as always. I think the best part is the communication day-of. Benney was our driver each of these times and he's been great each time. For example, our flight today was delayed an hour last night and actually took off almost 90 minutes late, but Benney was monitoring our flight. We also ended up landing early by 30 minutes and I got a text from Benney right after I landed. Then our baggage carousel took like 30 minutes to turn on but Benney was understanding - even knew which carousel we were supposed to be at. Once we got our luggage, we went to the meetup point at the departures level and he was right there waiting (got to him just before he had to circle since it was New Year's). After that it was smooth sailing, always a very friendly experience with casual banter when riding with Bennet. As a note - sometimes there are a lot of similar looking SUVs at the airport, but I think All-Savants license plates start with AS. I'd always recommend All-Savants when you need to be 100% sure of a pickup/drop off and want to know you're going to have a smooth ride. Thanks Benney and All-Savants team! read more
