The rest was going as normal until one of the guys opened my passenger door and started fishing through my glove compartment. He didn't say a word to me until I asked what he was looking for. He said "carbon filter". He located it and told me to replace it. I told him to shake it out to which he replied (with a condescending undertone) "it won't help". The interaction wasn't not courteous. Overall, I am not pleased with this location's staff. Once Tyndall Pkwy opens back up I will return going there. Hope the staff there has better interaction skills.

Several of the employees had a hand in completing my oil change - they shout what they have done and everyone else acknowledges the call out. This process must drive them crazy but it is a great way to make sure everything is done properly. In addition to the oil change, they check and top off your fluid levels, in addition to the air in your tires, at no additional cost! Every employee was nice and worked diligently. You will even have the manager-on-duty make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. Great job team! Highly recommend!

I asked if they add my oil change to Carfax as I bought this 2008 Ford F150xl with 230,000 miles on it. It has always been serviced at a does dealer. They said yes. They do try to push windshield wipers for $20 bucks and I did get a new air filter for $34- but it really needed it. Their oil changes start at $48.00 but I bought a higher mileage oil change for little over 80 dollars. Everyone there was nice. If waz kinda warm and one of the guys went in his office and brought me an ice cold bottled water. That was nice of him to do.

Terrible experience. My husband got an oil change at this Take 5 and returned the next day because…read morethe car started acting up. The manager admitted their team likely overtightened the oil filter, cracking the housing and said he would personally fix it. Then, after talking to his district manager, he blamed a non-existent recall and said it had to go to a shop. Our vehicle was towed to Pep Boys, where it sat for 2 weeks while Take 5's insurance company avoided us. We paid $1,120 out of pocket for a diagnostic, just to be told later that Take 5 wouldn't cover it, even though the diagnostic confirmed they caused the damage. The lack of communication, accountability, and care has been exhausting. I wouldn't trust this location with an oil change again, let alone anything involving your car's safety.

Took them almost an hour to find a part ( not OEM). They did knock off $50 for my trouble. Now the bad part beside them not replacing it with OEM. Driving home last night the hose blew off the fuel filter cap. Lucky the junk hose clamp was still on the hose. Had to pull over and put it back on until I got to Auto Zone last night to get the correct clamp. Did I mention it was at night. PS, you have to replace the fuel line assembly not just the connector. They didn't want to make it right and spend the money. Hopefully this review will help someone else.

Been hesitant about having my oil changed at a place named Grease Monkey. It just sounds weird. But…read morethey had a coupon for $25 off a full-service oil change so I decided to give them a try this past weekend. They did a great job at changing my oil, filters, and multi-point inspection; they were more thorough than the dealership I've used in the past. I was however expecting it to be a little cheaper than it was; I paid about $140 with the coupon. I feel really confident in the mechanic that did my oil change; he was professional and let me know what he was doing or about to do the whole time I waited on my oil change. It took about 45 minutes which is pretty quick for an oil change and multipoint inspection.
