We hired Billy Limo for a surprise 13th birthday party for our daughter and 4 friends and they had the best experience! Limo was clean and on time! They toured SF and wished they had more time! Loved that they accommodated our 2 hour request instead of 3 hour minimum. Will definitely do again and will call Billy Limo! Update: After recommending Billy Limo after our experience, I felt confident in referring. I referred to my mom's friend for a similar type birthday. She called today to confirm the details of the pickup TOMORROW, and she was told that he couldn't make it due to the MVFF and a higher paying customer! He then told her that he didn't remember the booking! Good thing she called to confirm otherwise the special surprise for her daughter's birthday would have been a completely different type of surprise! I don't often write reviews but Billy was amazing taking care of my bride during our wedding. He was gracious, prompt, kind, and took care of the wedding party. We only had him for a point to point transport from the hotel to the church, but we wish we booked him for the whole day. I traveled with my team (6 of us) and needed transportation from SFO to Novato and later in the day we needed to be picked up from Larkspur for the trip back to the airport. I booked Billy on a recommendation about six weeks in advance. Great communication from the beginning to the end and super punctual. The stretch limo was spotless and smelled good. My brother in-law used Billy recently to bring 7 of us wine tasting up in Sonoma last Saturday. We couldn't have asked for a better Limo driver. He was very punctual, actually showed up 15 minutes early and very professional. The Limo was very clean, and he even had bottled water and Champagne on ice for us! We left at noon and didn't get back until 9pm, he brought us to 3 wineries and dinner, in fact we were having such a good time at the last tasting we were running late for dinner, Billy took it upon himself to call the restaurant and let them know we would be a few minutes late. I have also used Billy to pick me and my wife up from the airport and always have a very pleasant experience, he's always on time. Bottom line, if you need a Limo driver for any occasion you won't find a better person. I highly recommend him. read more

He did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls to follow up with a quote and booking so we went with someone else. If you expect a response to your inquiries within a week I wouldn't recommend using Billy. read more

Finally, a driver with personality and not your "where to" stiffness. Billy was a lot of fun and knowledgeable. He did not ever hesitate when we told him where we were going or ask if we knew where it was located. We first went out in a very clean and well maintained Town car. We were able to have him play our ipod though he offered his. It makes the driving experience that much more pleasurable. Billy was prompt and did not mind it when we decided to stay out longer. Billy mentioned to us while we were in transit that he additionally has a 10 passenger Limo if we should ever need to gather as a group. And yes, we took advantage of that soon after. What a blast that was that night. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that made the experience feel like we were Rock stars. I'm surprised Billy doesn't have a ton of great reviews???? I recently had Billy take me and 8 of my girlfriends to the city. The experience was such a pleasure from the first phone call to the thank you text he sent the next day. When I called I had to leave a message. I don't think it took Billy more than 20 minutes to return my call. He was very accomodating, and I especially appreciate that he wanted our party to be safe for the evening. He picked everyone up at one location, but made it clear to me that if anyone would rather be dropped at home at the end of the night, that he could provide service back to thier car in the morning. Pretty awesome. After giving Billy the details he confirmed with me. I was never worried that he wouldn't make it. (That happened with another service...not to be mentioned!!) He was easy going and was very sweet even as the night progressed and we got louder and crazier. Thanks Billy for a perfect evening.
