Executive Transportation of Marin is exactly what Marin needs. I called them for a super last minute flight out of SFO. They delivered and more! They even managed to pick me up from Oakland Airport on the way home. These guys know what they are doing. The ride was amazing, I haven't been in a new, high tech, luxurious car like the one I was picked up in. I'm used to the old beat up Lincoln town cars. The car was one of the highlights of this trip. The owner Umar is professional while still making sure to be attentive to his clients. I could not ask for anything more out of a transportation/limo company! Executive Transport of Marin was fabulous to work with. We hired them for our wedding, initially to transport our guests between our ceremony site in Old Mill Park and the reception venue at the Mill Valley Community Center. They knew exactly what size vehicles could navigate Mill Valley's small streets, the approximate time of a round trip, and came up with a plan to get our guests between the two sites as quickly as possible. Then, Mother Nature intervened and we had to move our whole wedding to the indoor reception venue at the last minute due to rain. They were so accommodating and offered to let us cancel or otherwise alter our reservation with no fees or penalties. We ended up using them to shuttle the wedding party from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. They were efficient, prompt, friendly, and professional. They were excellent communicators throughout, from our first inquiry to when they sent us the invoice a few days after the wedding, and there were no surprises or miscommunications along the way -- just a wonderful experience start to finish. I'd highly recommend them for any transportation needs in the area, and would work with them again in a heartbeat if the opportunity comes up! read more

Hi everyone, Historically I have been reluctant to hire a Limo/Town car, as last time I hired a driver to the airport/SFO, In was sold on the fact that their would be (NO HIDDEN FEES.) What a sucker I was, as we were stiffed with GG Bridge Tolls, Mileage, and as I coined it, the "oh by the way fees" So much for (Flat Rate) as advertised.. This past week, and running short on time, I thought what the heck, I needed to get to SFO, so I called Executive Transportation of Marin who quoted me a (Flat Rate) to SFO and eventually a pickup, seven days later... I thought (right) Flate Rate... Was I in for a surprise! Umar of Executive Transportation was not only at our home well in advance of our flight but pulls-up in a brand new Lincoln Town Car, with all the amenities... Talk about Professionalism and a pleasant surprise!, not only did we arrive at the Airport 90-minutes prior to my flight, but I was charged a (Flat Rate) as articulated on the phone... :) :)... and was advised that they would monitor my return schedule and be a the airport to greet me when I arrived home.. As stated previously, pleasant surprise #2, as my flight was 45-min late, though now worries, as when we hit the ground, I had a text message from Umar indicating that he was at our gate, ready to take us back to Sausalito.... What a great experience we wanted to share with you guys. We were desperate for a last minute ride to SFO in the morning. It was our good fortune that the desk clerk at the hotel was able to contact this company. They were able to accommodate us on extremely short notice. The ride was a brand new Lincoln, immaculate, perfectly maintained and replete with that "new car smell". As my wife is disabled, this was even better size wise. Our driver, Umar is the consummate professional. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable as he navigated from Corte Madera to SFO, seamlessly threading his way through the early morning traffic chaos. He arrived a couple of minutes early, which we greatly appreciated and deposited us at our destination in plenty of time for our flight. What a joy to work with Umar and his driver, Kevin. This is a first class transportation service with a heart. And their rates are very reasonable. I needed to be driven from Marin County to Redwood City for an MRI. Kevin arrived 15 minutes early in a spotless, comfortable, black sedan Cadillac. There was bottled water and hand sanitizer in the back seat next to me. He was professional, kind and wore a mask and got me to my appointment early. He then waited several hours while the procedure was done and drove me home without a hitch. I can't express the peace of mind it gave me to be in such good hands.
