They range from Kung Fu, Yoga, Cardio kickboxing and a few other misc things. The cardio kickboxing is full on but worth the days of tenderness afterwards because its a great feeling knowing you're getting the exercise you need! The prices are great compared to the gyms you could join and you can be sure to know that the staff will ensure everything is done correctly to make sure you are getting the full benefits of your workout!

My friend absolutely loves going there and they have a lot of regulars. The club provides a lot of classes in a range of martial arts and boxing styles. They have different instructors for each and they are all well qualified. The staff here are very friendly and encouraging but they won't go soft on you if you are just being lazy so be prepared to work hard. They also provide personal training here so you can improve quicker with a one-on-one trainer. This is a really good option for people who want to achieve weight loss. The location of the club is perfect as the Tim Neville Arboretum is just across the road. It is a park and is great for having a warm up run before class starts. Just make sure to leave around 5 mins to cross the road as Dorset road can get quite busy and you don't want to be late for your class.
