We were in baytown for the night and next morning, drove to Billy's for some breakfast! A normal Saturday at 9:30AM, there was a decent line!! This place was definitely poppin off. This place does not disappoint!!! If we are ever in this area, we will definitely be coming here. The staff was super friendly and fast, even with the line. We ordered 3 Brisket kolache, 1 boudin kolache, 1 fritter, 1 jalepeno sausage crossaint, & BLUEBERRY donut holes!!! Wow. just wow. everything tasted sooo fresh. I love everything here, except the chocolate filled donut, that could just be a me thing though. I'm not a fan of the pudding in the donut, I'm a frosting in the filled donuts girl. However everything else here is delish as can be! The glazed donuts are my all time favorite . The kolache bread is so soft and a tad sweet. The fillings are so perfect! Billy's is a 5/5 everyday! I have picked up breakfast on my way into work so many times and Billy's Donuts has never disappointed! Their restaurant is super clean behind the counter. The staff are always super friendly and helpful while preparing your order! Today I got my usual, jumbo jalapeño sausage and cheese kolaches and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The sandwich is always cheesy and delicious with a lot of bacon ! I also tried a new menu item today, the brisket kolache! It too was super delicious. Their kolaches are always amazing! I always get my food and go but they do have a couple tables for those that would like to enjoy their breakfast there. read more

Not sure the place is run by "Billy" and I was disappointed the sausage and cheese croissant Kolaches were bread instead of croissant - maybe I should have looked closer... The plain glazed donuts were almost perfect but the glazed topping was almost sugar overload. The old fashion donut was one of the best I have ever had, so my feelings were mixed. Definitely worth a try because everyone has their own taste, so please give them a try. read more

Woke up early this morning and my nephew wanted donuts. Decided to drive to Billy's, even though it's 15 minutes away from my house, and I pass many donut shops to get there. I'm so glad I did. My nephew has simple tastes, so I picked up half a dozen glazed donuts and I got half a dozen ham and cheese croissants for the grown ups. Omg they're so good! I think I prefer them over kolaches! I will keep going back to Billy's because everything was fresh and delicious. The lady at the counter was also super sweet. We are still taking Coronavirus precautions, so she stayed behind her plexiglass partition, we both wore masks, and I scanned my own card at checkout. read more

Will apologize for checking at the wrong Billy's earlier as this is the location I tried to check in at. I was referred by a friend and just happened to drive by there, so went in. It's in a little shopping strip and not easy to see from the street, but it's worth going here first thing in the morning. I was greeted right away. The only other customer in there was a cop.. guess some of those cops and donut shop rumors are true :)) The gentleman working there was very nice and said if we don't have it out yet that he'll get it made right away. Donuts are great! I had a blueberry cake donut. Made perfectly. Not gummy like I get at some donut shops. Had a sausage and cheese kolache that had a good amount of cheese in it... Always a plus. The store was very clean. Prices are about the same as the rest of the donut shops in the area. The coffee was a bit strong, but for most it would be ok. My body just doesn't react to coffee well and I am limited on where I can buy it already made. I am mostly a tea drinker. Otherwise I would highly recommend Billy's !! read more

My morning is always a little brighter when I leave early enough to get donuts from Billy's! While this place is a little hard to get to (it's a strip mall, and if you're traveling west on Fairmont you'll have to make a u-turn to get there), it's well worth the trip. The staff are always fast and friendly, and the donuts are superb. I often get the blueberry donuts, which taste like real blueberries and are just the right texture. The raspberry filled and chocolate frosted donuts are also good choices. Honestly though, plain old glazed are my favorites. The glazed donuts here are amazing, and if you happen to hit the timing right and get them while they're still warm you're in for a real treat! Overall, this is the perfect little donut shop. It even takes credit cards so I don't have to worry about digging out cash or change! read more

Love this shop. The dough (imo) is the perfect texture and taste (not too sweet) for both the donuts and kolaches. They don't use the typical hot dog type sausage every shop uses. Their croissant is buttery and flakey. Their donuts doesn't get hard and stiff if left out overtime read more

The dough here is so soft and so chewy and delicious. I've been trying every donut shop in my area and so far this is my favorite! They had old fashioned doughnuts, which is a huge plus for me.
