Have visited Mr. Rods last August when the store was under repair and talked to Mr. Jeff about what models of Frigidaire they carry. When our fridge went bad after 17 years I phoned Friday afternoon and asked about a replacement . I told Jeff what model number we wanted and he told me that he would look into when he could get one At almost less than 30 minutes Jeff called and said that they did have one in stock. I purchased it over the phone with Jeff offering a Monday delivery. I was already had a full Monday so we made Tuesday after 1PM the delivery time. On Tuesday the truck arrived on time and the driver knew us from the first time he delivered appliances many years ago. The delivery and setup went smoothly and quickly as the removal also of our old fridge. The next morning I noticed that the fridge side door some resistance when I open it. The door was not self-closing and also had some resistance closing. It also made a loud cracking noise when I closed it. The next morning I phoned Jeff and he told me that he would have someone come that afternoon to check it out, The service call went well and now all is well with our new Frigidaire and we are very happy with the quick ordering, delivery and service from Jeff at Mr. Rods. All of our home appliances from washer & dryers and all our kitchen appliances come from Mr. Rods in Houma, LA. We highly recommend Mr. Rods as their sales and service are good and quick.

A visit to Betty White Jewelers always seems to brighten my day because they really care about their customers. They always take a genunine interest in their customers, which helps create a better experience when shopping for jewelery. Their head jeweler, Timothy White is a master at his craft. I mean that. He does many custom pieces of jewerly or metal work in a very detailed fashion. If you can imagine it, Timmy can create it! He does custom engravings, also. Oftentimes, I will find some type of jewelery that I like at another Jewelery store or online, show it to the jeweler, and he will get me a better deal on a simliar item of much higher quality. I really appreciate that personal aspect of this business. For example, I found a pearl ring that I really liked at Zales for about $90. I always had good experiences with Betty White Jewelers in the past, so I sent Timmy an email with a link to the ring to see if he could find me a better deal. Sure enough, he did. He looked diligently for me, and when I did not like the first ring he sent me... he sent me multiple others. He did not stop searching until I was satisfied. I know the business also has many other items for various occasions such as gift items for Mardi Gras krewes, wedding and anniversary gifts, birthstone rings, charm bracelets, glassware... I've seen it all in the store. So for a very perosonable experience where you'll not just be buying jewerly but being cared about by the employees, I reccommend Betty White Jewelers.
