I've been to the river in Parker for 9-10 years and always drove past Billy's, until late last year I was looking for a sports bar to watch the game. Low and behold, Billy's was right here next to the Safeway that I ALWAYS stop at. The restaurant is kept clean and cool so it was nice stepping out of the 105 degree heat, had a couple of beers. The guy at the front recommended the bourbon wings and it definitely did not disappoint, matter of fact I showed it to my river group and we have decided the wings here are #1 from CA to AZ. While eating, we got social with Terri while she whipped up milk shakes and sundaes so naturally I was curious enough to try. I got the oreo and peanut butter milk shake, good LORD it was everything I thought it to be. Creamy, bits of oreo, great peanut butter taste mixed into it all, and the right thickness to it. The chicken is excellent. I like the boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce. This plus is immaculately clean including the ladies room which was spotless. We will definitely visit again. The only thing I didn't like is the French fries. They are the type that have some kind of coating on them to make them more crunchy. I just don't like that kind so I wish they had some onion rings or maybe a side salad to choose instead. Surprisingly, good wings and food in this town. I have been several times when I have been in town for business. Service has always been friendly and prompt. A casual atmosphere and they are definitely Kansas City Chiefs fans. They have both dry and wet wings, boneless and bone in. They also have a good variety of other appetizers. My boyfriend ordered wings and Fried Pickles and we both got a blueberry milkshake (recommended by the lovely woman making milkshakes) while we sat at the bar waiting for our dinner to arrive. Food came quickly, and the woman busted her ass making lots of milkshakes and sundaes all while talking to us too. They rocked it! The fish and shrimp were super good. The cocktail sauce was on the horseradish-y side which I loved. The hush puppies were awesome. The fried pickles were our favorite thing. But those blueberry milkshakes!? Frick yes! Delicious wings, good size and cooked well. My first time I tried to get the extreme hot but they persuaded me to try hot Buffalo first. To me, not very spicy but good flavor. The next time I got the lunch special with extreme hot and the heat difference between the two is night and day. Still has good flavor but pretty spicy. Ranch is delicious which is a big thing for me. The fries could use a bit more rub if you get them "tossed".
