Nice view of the lake but that is about all. Me and my husband went in and he ordered a drink at the bar and I grabbed a table. We sat down and looked at the menu, we noticed the owner was sitting close with 2 guests as he was mentioning in loudly. They went on to mock one employee the owner said was the "only liberal employee and thank goodness" They laughed and called her hippie dippy. Needless to say we walked out without ordering food. Great restaurant for families with littles! Boat parking in front and behind restaurant. Large patio outside with great views. There is also inside seating. Everyone on the patio, including our group of 6, was in bathing suits fresh out of the water. Super casual. We visited Father's Day weekend 2026 and stopped here on a Saturday for lunch. Service was slow, but once we got our food, it was all so good! Turkey sandwich 10/10, sweet potatoes 10/10. We have been to Parker many times and always said we were going to try this spot for brunch but never did and this trip we decided to do it and we are sooo happy we did and actually ended up coming back multiple times because it was so close by, a great price, great views, and honestly a great breakfast! My husbands favorite was the monte cristo he got it twice during out trip and I changed it up a little each day but love a savory breakfast. The "9ner" breakfast is a great deal and plenty of food and super good! They are dog friendly which is great for us and they always brought out a water bowl for him and sometimes a pup cup. The service can be a little slow but it is busy in the mornings and I do not mind enjoying the views of the river and seeing all of the boats go by outside. I can not wait to come back! Fun place for a meal, and highly recommend seating outside at sunset to soak in the views. Maybe I was lucky that day, but I'm very prone to mosquito bites and didn't get bit at all. You can sit inside or outside. Live music was playing really loud - I wanted to sit outside anyway, and there were tables readily available on a Saturday night. Service was good, food was decent. Not bad, nothing to rave about, but I'm also a vegetarian, and I know that's not what they specialize in. I'd go back for the atmosphere alone! The beach bar next to it is neat, too! read more

While spending a week at the Pirate's Den Resort we had to try out the Pirate's Den Bar & Grill. We enjoyed the dining room, the bar & the outside seating during our various visits. We enjoyed everything from their tacos, chicken strips, Brussels sprouts, Bloody Marys, cowboy pizza, sausage & mushroom pizza, a wide variety of beers/drinks & more. I am going to be brutally honest. As I sat waiting to order I was wondering why so many people were not smiling but when the table next to us was served I was getting a feeling we should have left. The Resort is right on a golf course, and when you get to the restaurant there is a beach area. The service was great, our waitress was nice & we didn't have to wait a long time to get our food. We came to watch the NFL game and sat in the bar. It was not overly crowded, however there is really only one large TV and one small one over the bar. We frequently have dinner here, but this was our first visit specifically for the bar. This trip my husband ordered the Poseidon burger. I ordered the wedge salad and the cowboy corn bites (must have every time I am here). Jake was attentive and friendly. He was hustling manning the bar but also the tables in the bar area. With the limited options for dining in Parker, Pirates is a top choice. It never disappoints and we eat here at least once whenever we are in town. My favorite is Fridays when they have a steak and shrimp special - always delicious. Not a complaint, but I am curious as to the "lease fee" on the check for $2.50. Went here on a Friday night. Live band entertainment. Ordered the filet and shrimp. Had the steak ordered rare . Had the shrimp scampi style. Came with red potatoes and asparagus. Also a salad and asked what type of lettuce. Had the ranch dressing. Everything tasted good but no filet here. Top Sirloin at best . Steak a little tough. We also had a bottle of wine. What a party! We came here during a "boat race"event and it was Country Cool ! Absolutely packed , the outdoor bar was kicking out drinks as fast as two hands could go ! It's really neat that it's right on the River so of course the view is everywhere & is everything here ! The cute pirate themed decorations, indeed "pirate architecture" really suit the River Party Vibe ! There is an Rv park on property so I imagine people not driving away , can REALLY enjoy a full pirate adventure ! read more

Visited 5/24/2022 What could be better than Taco Tuesday on The Parker Strip of The Colorado River. The food was surprisingly tasty for A Tourist destinations. The Fish Tacos are very unique in a good way. They were very delicious and satisfying. We also tried the fish and chips and they were very good. There is a new dish on the starter menu called Cowboy Corn Bites. Another amazing combination of flavor. The dehydrated limp pickle presented with all of their sandwiches should be better managed or removed all together. Service is usually good provided you sit in the right places, like right outside of where the servers like to hang out. The cooks station. As for ambience, the place is fantastic for the travelers, visitors, and tourists that find their way to Parker. They do very little for the people who live here. The cost is extremely high and they add tips, fees, and other tariffs to their bills making for the already mediocre food harder to swallow. So stop in, give it a try, don't let my review sway you. I bought a water tester. I took it to pirates den and tested their water outside and it tested at 754 500 is in the red and when I told him to take it back, they brought me water from inside and it tested 30 do not drink their water outside. It is extremely polluted. Get a glass of water from outside and then request a glass of water from inside and you can tell by looking at them that it's polluted beware. read more

We got a jalapeño pineapple pizza which was a great option in a mainly meat, seafood menu. Alcoholic limeade was a great drink, might have been light on liquor but did taste great.
