This place is a rarity in that it was easy, the value was there, and the two dealers were honest brokers. I always reference if I would send my mom to a dealership or repair shop as my level of expectations. This time, I actually *did* send my mom here to buy her new car. She walked out incredibly happy, Brian and Charles were amazing. This dealership isn't a churn shop; each car they purchase goes through a full inspection and basic repairs, and they don't sell it if it isn't up to spec. This is better than some brand name dealerships that we went to immediately prior to this. I have a few more used car purchases in the next couple years. You can be damned sure this is my first stop.

As we were then headed to Miami we decided to stop in Grainger's to have the brakes on my Rogue checked. We had no appointment but were greeted by a super nice service rep, Jeff. He took our car right in, checked the brakes and tires which were ok and recommended a couple of minor services that we opted to have done. We were in and out in just about an hour which is epic as far as I'm concerned because my Nissan dealer in Miami never takes less than 3 hours for anything even with an appointment. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any Nissan Service needs.
