I contacted my insurance's Road Side assistant told me to expect a call back from the provider. I was ready to wait a long time, but All Ways towing called me within 10 minutes and they were already on the way. It was a super seamless experience and they took my car to my mechanic of choice. As stressful as the whole Car stopping in the middle of the bridge was, at least the tow part was great and reassuring. I hope not to have to call a tow again, but if I do, I will use them again :P

The company took 5 hours to get to the car, never contacted me even though there was a note on the car with my contact information, and the car was across the street from my house. Then they lied about the incident stating that they needed a police report as it "was in an accident" and had pictures of skid marks which is a total lie. After 6 hours, I had to get my own tow truck.

The two days went by I call back to try to get an extension and i was told my motorcycle was sold and no longer there . I ask how can you sell it I have the title ? The response was "it's all bout filling out the right paperwork and knowing the right people ." But it's get better a few months down the road I get a letter at the last minute stating if I want my bike back I would need to show up at civil court to appeal their decision and to bring ove 9,000 dollars . So I was lied to , cheated and not given a fair chance and there is a lawsuit coming I have real good lawyer and I want my motorcycle back or they can pay me for my motorcycle .

We purchased four new tires and had an oil change done for our small SUV. Before going with this shop, we called around 25 different places that were fairly close to our town. This shop came in at the most affordable, not to mention the owner. Justice is very friendly and professional. Located just off Highway 15, it is easy to find, and there is ample room to park anything from a motorcycle to a motorhome on the parking lot. The shop/waiting area is quaint, organized, and comfortable. And surprisingly for this type of business, it is clean! And let's not forget, Justice and his team are dog friendly. We love that we were allowed to bring our well-behaved dog into the shop while waiting. The only negative we can think of was the amount of time/number of requests it took to receive an invoice/receipt. We called and texted requesting it, and it just wasn't happening. I ended up popping by in person to get it. Justice said that there was some issues with their systems but he's working on it. Overall, a great rating for a great shop that we do recommend to our loved ones.
