I called our Good Sam road side assistance and they said it would be hours to get to us. It was very hot and we had the dog with us. I started to call a few auto repair places to please bring us a 4 way wrench to get the lug nuts off the tire. We had a spare, just not the right wrench. The first two wanted to charge us from $250 to $500 to come out and bring us a tool. Well not Alana. She was so gracious and drove 10 miles to not only bring the tool, but she waited while my husband changed the tire and made sure we got on our way. I wanted to give her some money for her troubles, but we don't carry cash. I spoke with her the next day and she was coming to Summerville for some parts and I happen to live a mile from the store she was going to. She met me there and I gave her some money for her troubles and a nice gift bag. We are always very happy with our experiences when we had our tires changed , repaired or just…read morechecked. This is a small, family owned company and they're often understaffed (as so many businesses are these days). But the owner always goes out of his way to make sure we're happy. The quality of work is excellent. Prices are fair market. There is always a wait, but you just need to be patient, bring a book or arrange service ahead of time. Making an appointment is best done in person. We purchased 4 new tires, had them on the day we scheduled and on time. Months later, we were so glad to be able to take advantage of their guarantee (can't recall exactly the title), but our tire repair was free. The owner remembered us and reminded us that we didn't have to pay! Grateful! Lots of parking, easy to access off the highway. Wheelchair accessible. Average shop lobby with TV and chairs. The washroom could use a deep clean.

He hasn't provided the writeup for the diagnostic, or an estimate for the work. I've contacted him to at least get the diagnostic write up, but he hasn't responded to my calls, emails, or messages on Yelp. I do not recommend using him to anyone. It is the 9/23 and I have not been given the diagnostic I paid for. Do not use him.

Had a drive belt replaced by John. 300 miles later, the belt is already fraying on the edges. He…read morereinstalled a bad drive pulley that wore the belt after only 300 miles. Also reinstalled the clutch with 3 washers that did not belong in the assembly. My wife has tried to work with the shop to get a refund for the work that he failed to do properly. All we got was excuses. It was about $450 in work that was done that now is causing about $1200 worth of repair. They said we should have brought the bike back to them, but given the way this work was done, I would never allow him to work on it again.
