I'd guess they are taking down many negative reviews based on this flimsy excuse, so be aware. So....here's my experience. I was a seller, trying to do a sale of my apartment. I had a buyer lined up and ready to go, so it was lawyer time. Great! And they're cheap, how complicated could a straightforward apartment sale be for a company that obviously churns them out? The problem came when my buyer got spooked by some of the language in the contract they received. I don't know if it was their lawyers being dumb, or something the Levin firm had done because NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME. It's even possible they were doing some kind of amazing job behind the scenes, but I'd never have known it. Because: I literally never got any contact with an actual lawyer.
