I am really disappointed in the manner in which my case was handled. My initial call and…read moreconsultation were postponed several times through no fault of my own. Similarly, your suggestions for the email correspondence to the company were far-fetched. When the company responded, I couldn't get in touch with you for several days to discuss their response. After waiting several days and drafting my own reply, you didn't provide any advice or assistance. You stated, "We were retained to review the severance agreement and advise you on it and provide you with an email with our comments and changes." I was NOT advised after the companies response and the deadline was quickly approaching. I explained that I paid you $700, which I couldn't afford, and that I was on disability with no pay from the state or company. I also mentioned that my husband was under care and i just consistently was reminded to represent me was $2300;plus 25% of additional funds I receive.. You said let's talk, which was on April 11th, and I still haven't heard from you. I feel like I was swindled out of $700 for a 45-minute call and a standard email template with no compassion or personal touch.

From our first meeting, I knew he was professional. Tom took the time to explain everything to me as we moved through the process, and it was always good to have clarity. I will refer anyone I know to Tom for his services. Hands down, he is the best attorney!

There aren't words to express my gratitude for Brian's help in reviewing a contract. He was…read moremeticulous, attentive, invested, and communication was wonderful. Brian took time to explain every part of the contract and give his feedback on how that may impact me. He offered suggestions on how to improve the contract as well while being realistic. When all was said and done I left feeling 100% confident that my contract was exactly what I needed and I'm very excited for my next venture. It's rare to find someone that genuinely takes pride in their work these days and Brian exceeded all expectations that I had in my quest for a contract review.

I used Brian and team for our real estate transaction for our first home. As first time home…read morebuyers, my wife and I were very nervous about this process as we had never bought a home and have had some friends who had awful experiences. Brian was so on top of the situation, and never went a day without checking in with us. He was free for late night phone calls as well since my wife and I work during the day. In the end, I have two main takeaways aside from what I listed above: 1. Trustworthiness: Brian doesn't sugar coat the good, bad, and ugly. The home buying process is full of ups and downs and Brian will be sure to be honest and make sure you are informed. 2. Negotiation skills: Brian got us way more than we expected after inspection and advocated on our behalf to the seller. He has done this a million times so understands when you are in the driver's seat and when you shouldn't be so aggressive. I will remain as a reference for Brian as I was so impressed by his services.

(At the time he had 70+ units). The phrase, Slumlord comes to mind. My 1-bed apartment in New Providence had holes in the floor, broken glass in the windows, broken kitchen sink and infestation of fleas when I moved in. It took pestering him for 3 months before any fixes were made. He and his son showed up one day to look around, and I distinctly remember his son saying "that's fine" when I showed him the big hole in the kitchen floor! At one point during the winter months, the super smelled gas and called PSEG. Turned out the furnace and exhaust was filthy and clogs and PSEG cut the gas to the building until it was fixed. We had no heat for days and only after another tenant called the state after 3 days with no heat did he drop off space heaters for us to use and get someone in to clean the furnace. I moved out after 1 year. This is my personal experience and may not be what other tenants experienced.

Mr. Grey D'Alessandro seems to be good, but very aggressive in handing our case. At times, it felt like we had no choices and he was leading the charge. In my opinion I didn't appreciate the feeling especially since it made us more nervous rather than calm. Other than that, there were clerical mistakes on our paper work and this is what made us decide it wasn't in our best interest to move forward. Overall, we are not sure if it was just a bad day for Grey or if it was his normal behavior, but we opt to find a new lawyer who would guide us in a manner less "Mobster" like.
