Would you like some assistance getting to another register, or would you rather wait?" If they want to be moved, you offer to help them, or get help for them and help them. All the stuff nobody wanted, 1 of each thing. Employees aren't particularly helpful or friendly. We tried asking for help in something we were looking for and the woman we encountered clearly had no interest in being bothered. It was very much a "if you can't find it on the shelf we don't have it" attitude. Other floor staff were similar in personality. Like you're in their way being in the store. The person at checkout was so much better - she was super nice. I think people who are impressed by this store have never been to a GOOD Home Goods store. Most are so much better than this one.
