It was easy to find and drive in and find parking on a Friday afternoon, even though there were…read moreother people there. It's not immediately clear where to go and what to do but they have plenty of staff to direct you. They asked me to empty my different types of bottles (clear glass, colorful glass, plastic) into three large cylindrical barrels before they weighed them. I can see what other reviewers are saying about how they don't fully put the container on the scale to ascertain the full weight of the bottles. They hand you a receipt after weighing and you take it to the window to cash out. They ask you to sign the receipt before giving you the money. All in all, it's an easy process and I'm not sure it's worth the trouble because I don't have that much to recycle at a time but it might make sense for the people sorting pickup trucks' worth of recycling. Pro tip: Sort your recycling in advance so when you get to the recycle center, you just have to dump it into one of the barrels and not sort it on site.

They provide plenty of barrels for recyclables and expect you to separate items into the appropriate bins. They accept almost everything--wine bottles, mayonnaise jars, and standard cans and bottles. The space is large and airy so it doesn't smell like moldy beer cans. I'm usually in and out fairly quickly depending on how much I have to cash in. They accept glass, plastic bottles, cans, aluminum, and metal (plus other things I don't remember!) I've also starting bringing in empty laundry detergent bottles, body lotion bottles, shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles, liquid hand soap...basically I turn over almost anything these days looking for that triangular arrows symbol! They don't take newspaper or cardboard, however. As with most recycling centers, you obviously need a LOT of items to walk away with even a few dollars so don't expect to have this be your get-rich-quick kinda scheme! So save up for a while and you just might have enough for some dranks from GiGi's.

That was the original sign painted on the door for Saturdays. I got there at 2:37. Both doors were open. The big truck was not there. He would not take my 2 bags of plastic bottles. He said he closed at 2:30. I asked to see the sign. Its painted on as 3:00 which matches the time here. He put a hand written over it " closes 1/2 hour early." Both doors were open and no truck to pick up was in sight. You need to change the time here.
