I requested a dumpster for my home they advertise same day service that is the first lie they told me they could have a dumpster there by the next day at noon ( lunchtime) after I called twice they showed up a little after 4 the original arrangement was to pick up the filled dumpster on Thursday it was delivered Tuesday late afternoon. When I called to let them know it was ready I was told it would not be picked up until Saturday There are many companies that rent dumpsters out there many are less expensive than this company I chose them because of the service they advertised to bad they failed to provide that service. The process of booking it, getting it dropped off, getting our time extended, and ultimately getting it picked up was extremely easy and efficient. This growing family moved into a house two years ago that has required some TLC, so in the process of slowly unpacking and working through DIY updates for every room and surface inside and outside of this house, we had amassed an odd assortment of discards. Because of the pandemic, we have been looking for ways to continue to make improvements to the house while still quarantining and practicing safe social distancing. When we found Bin There Dump That I thought we couldn't have been more excited at the prospect of getting rid of our growing mishmash of unwanted items that have been weighing on our minds (floor to ceiling mirrors, lots of old shelving, old doors, baseboards, chair rails, and so much more). But oh my gosh, Lynn and David Morris with Bin This Dump That exceeded our expectations! We were able to have a 2-ton capacity dumpster delivered within hours the same day (Saturday!!!) and placed where we chose on protective boards so our driveway didn't get marred, plus we were able to fill the dumpster by Monday and have it picked up promptly and respectfully within an hour or so of letting them know if was ready. The price was competitive for service that was beyond exceptional. We were able to avoid multiple costly trips to the dump that would have taken hours upon hours out of our schedule - not ideal with multiple young children, nor in the midst of a pandemic.
