Than said oh no turns out you didn't overfill. But he accidentally spilled it. Yet he didn't. He opened the back and dumped it. It was latched I checked. Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. This is what I told them. "Hey I'll be honest we can have a discussion about the review however I'm talking to corporate and I've shared my experiences honestly. You guys made excuses and continue to make excuses on why your driver dumped a pile in my driveway. And than blamed us. Your manager made fun of my disability i sustained in the military and called me queer. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant or tolerable and I will continue sharing my experiences as I attempted to allow you guys to fix it. And you guys wanted to sell me another dumpster. None of this experience has been pleasant and it's been pulling teeth to get you guys to fix your mess up which realistically was addressed at 1pm it could have been handled by the end of day easily. But you guys blames us for overfilling turns out we didn't. Than said it accidentally fell out and he picked up which he didn't . Not true didn't happen. Than you blamed garbage hoppers. Not true. Than when out of excuses blamed maggots in the trash... like uh yeah it's trash.. than now you guys are calling my phone refusing to talk to me but trying to get my wife to remove my post. Look man. You guys dropped the ball and as of right now the one star rating is better than the service I've received." Noting but issues and now we have to wait 5 days for them to fix the pile they left in my driveway and doubt they'll do it as they hinted if I don't remove it they might not help. I'll do it myself before being silenced about treatment I've received from this company. No person should pay 600 for three days and than treated like shit. Made fun of. Called queer, mocked. Idk doesn't sit right to me. And frankly it was an easy fix if they took accountability rather than shift blame and make up lies and attack the customer.

Kevin came within the week with one other guy and carefully got them both downstairs into my basement. They protected my walls and appliances.
