They started out really well a bit late on arrival but reeking of weed. This was a complex move with 2 drop-off items were marked to indicate what needed to go on the truck last,those that would come off first. Several of those items were left behind Upon arrival at my new apartment I was told that my late mother's bookcase was broken but they would fix it. What they did was leave and leave it outside my building less than 5 feet from a dumpster broken even more than it had been and not a word said to me, just left. The next day when I went back to the house I find my tools scattered everywhere not in the case as they had been. I go upstairs and find 3 rather large items that were marked to go last on the truck. I also was looking for the firestick that was on my TV Never found and why was it removed in the 1st place. Not like it stuck out from the TV it laid flat.
