We had a wonderful experience with Flash Movers. Though one of the original movers called in sick, Kevin was able to reach one of his other movers with a resulting delay of less than an hour. Our two movers, Terrell and Ernest, were absolutely wonderful -- very friendly, efficient, and careful. We were amazed how fast they were able to wrap everything and get it down three flights of very narrow stairs. They were fantastic and somehow made the moving process fun (not an easy task). Compared to the other companies I got quotes from, Flash Movers was the least expensive and was definitely worth hiring. They started out really well a bit late on arrival but reeking of weed. This was a complex move with 2 drop-off items were marked to indicate what needed to go on the truck last,those that would come off first. Several of those items were left behind Upon arrival at my new apartment I was told that my late mother's bookcase was broken but they would fix it. What they did was leave and leave it outside my building less than 5 feet from a dumpster broken even more than it had been and not a word said to me, just left. So I called ans asked what they were going to do about my bookcase and was told their supervisor would contact me. So that didn't happen. I called a few times then texted but no reply. Now when they told me that they could fix my bookcase they said they left their drill at the house I was moving out of and asked me to go get it, which I did. The next day when I went back to the house I find my tools scattered everywhere not in the case as they had been. I go upstairs and find 3 rather large items that were marked to go last on the truck. I also was looking for the firestick that was on my TV Never found and why was it removed in the 1st place. Not like it stuck out from the TV it laid flat. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company since no one was trying to communicate with me. Now that I have won that dispute they are calling and texting me, too late, an entire month too late.
