The delivery and pick-up drivers were very helpful and showed us how to use the bulkhead and secure our load. They were very accommodating with the delivery time of our furniture as we were unsure of the exact closing date and time. The delivery driver was very helpful in Phoenix. But instead, you choose to justify and add completely untruth statements about what occurred, especially regarding the service I purchased versus the service you rendered.. I advised you that I was doing a full two bedroom home move, and what I had to move was significantly less than that. You weren't there to witness the absolute chaos . As a you called after the 3 hours delay in response to my threat to cancel to offer an apology, I'm unclear as to why you are now trying to resend that in an effort to cover your unprofessionalism. At any rate, you are miserable, your company is unprofessional, and sadly you appear to be biting off of the good name of J. I. T. (Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality . I am recently widowed and have mobility issues (standing, walking) and needed help getting things moved up and down stairs as well as reconfiguring my garage workshop. After contacting the owner (Margaret) , we scheduled a consultancy. I had already put together a list of things to get done, and we went through the rooms that needed work and were able to put together a rough idea of what would be needed. Later I provided her the final list and within a week we had scheduled a date for the crew to do the work. Marcey, Jamail, and David arrived on time and, after a quick tour of the various areas, they took my list and got to work. Through the whole process they were personable, courteous, industrious, and engaged. Each had time to talk about the various processes and were generally just pleasant to work with. The list was extensive, easily a half-day's worth of work, but they were done in a little over four hours. The final walk-throughs of the various areas left me amazed at the thorough job and attention to detail. My role was to be available for questions, but otherwise I tried to stay out of the way and let them do their work. The questions asked were considerate and completely dependent on my judgement. There were some small adjustments as the work wound to the end, but the team was very adaptable and quickly worked through the adjustments, making sure that I was happy with the final outcome. Simplify with Margaret was easy to work with, their rates are reasonable, and the staff that I met were pleasant, hard working people that have a good head for organization. The day before the crew was to arrive I had discovered another task needed and Margaret and the crew had no problem with the change. The job they have completed provides me a great palette to work from for developing new work flows. Once I have a better idea of what I may need, I'll work up my list and give Simplify with Margaret a call. The company also hires out to help with Christmas decorating. I plan on contacting them to schedule a crew to help me with that this year.

I would definitely recommend & pricing compared to results I don't even think they compare...With the results you'll think you got a great discounted rate believe me!!! They didn't just come in my home & toss everything they included me in the process of sorting & arranging. Not only are things organized but manageable & if things do start to get back cluttered, upkeep & maintenance are offered to avoid the clutter building back up..Simplify was just simply amazing can't wait to tackle more projects in the future!!!
