We had lots of dust particles circulating regularly through our HVAC system, which was making me cough and sneeze constantly and keeping my house very dusty. The particles impacted my health causing upper respiratory infections, bronchitis and allergy headaches. I was surprised to learn there was microbial growth in the ducts, so I also asked for the encapsulation process, which involves the application of a polymer coating sealant to the interior of insulated ductwork.
