From the first contact via email to the final phone call confirmation, the whole process was seamless and efficient. They are very professional. The dumpster drop off was prompt on the afternoon of the first day. They're very professional, they put down protective planks so my driveway would not be damaged. The rental price I paid included 7 days of use which is great. I ended up going with a 14-yard dumpster which was just the right size to clean out my two-car garage. It should be picked up today. Everything was great. For months, maybe even years I have been dreaming of getting rid of so much stuff at my house. In my internet search I came across "Bin There Dump That"; a fun name, I look into their pricing, which was very reasonable and made arrangements to have a bin/dumpster delivered. Making arrangements was easy and the customer service person was attentive and made the process simple. Dropping off the dumpster bin was quick and no hassles and the same with the pickup. This was easily some of the best money I've ever spent. I put in an inquiry online and got a call within 5 min. Pauline was very helpful and it was a no-hassle transaction. They dropped off the empty dumpster on time (to my squeals of glee) and picked it up a week later full to the brim with everything I've been moaning about getting rid of for 5 years. Easy peezy. My husband and I demolished our deck last weekend and needed to rent a dumpster. This was my first time renting a dumpster, and I assumed that it would be a fairly simple pick-up/drop off transaction. I was wrong, however: First, the website booking tool suggests that it's possible to rent a dumpster any day of the week. However, when I received a follow-up call to my online booking, Pauline let me know that they only run their trucks Monday-Friday. That's understandable, but an accurate schedule should be clearly advertised on the website. Though it wasn't our preference, we decided to rent the dumpster from Friday-Friday and arranged to have the materials for our new deck delivered the following Monday--we have a small driveway (something I mentioned to Pauline) and do not have room for both, so we planned accordingly. On the day of our scheduled pick-up, though, Pauline called to let me know that they would probably not be able to pick up the dumpster until Monday. This was a problem, given the fact that our deck materials would be arriving on the same day, and, as I mentioned, we did not have room for both. My husband called (twice) to ask them to pick up the dumpster on our scheduled day. Needless to say, they did not, and the dumpster was still in our driveway on Monday morning. Bin There Dump That had one job to do: to drop off and pick up a dumpster from our property on an agreed upon day. They were not able to deliver on this service. I would only schedule with this company if timing is not an issue for you. It seems like they overbook themselves and ask paying customers to deal with the consequences. read more
