Part of me feels tremendous guilt for renting a big dumpster and simply tossing out a garage full of things my better half and I no longer wanted. There is another part of me that is just so happy to have a garage that can finally fit both of our cars, all the family bicycles, yard tools, a grill, and more. Even better, everything is easily accessible and all of the junk is gone. It's just gone. Bin There Dump That hauled it all away. My spouse still smiles every time she pulls her car into the garage bay that used to be blocked with a broken filing cabinet, a cat urine soaked box spring, some rusting bed frames, and a crap ton of bankers boxes with old files we did not need. The rental process was perfectly easy. Susan from BTDT called to follow up on the online order. The dumpster was delivered as promised, and placed exactly where I had requested. Our 10 cubic yard dumpster was quite clean and easy to fill thanks to the double doors on one end that allowed me to just walk right in. We filled the whole thing in an afternoon. Thanks to BTDT, a project that we had pushed off for years, was completed in just a few hours. A few hot and sweaty hours, but still. I called to have the dumpster removed, and it did take a couple of days for the company to pick it back up. That was less than ideal. Mostly because I was nervous about rain. Not about the rain ruining anything in the dumpster, but rather about the added water weight all the paper might soak up. It might be nice in the future to include some kind of tarp with the rental, or maybe even an option to include one for a few extra bucks. Still, this was so easy I would gladly recommend BTDT to anyone. I'm not quite so sure how to manage the guilt about throwing away so much stuff that perhaps others might have been able to either use or repurpose. But the smile on my wife's face helps make me feel better about the whole experience. read more

This company goes above and beyond to be helpful. Brought the bin on time and pick-up was a breeze. I had spoken to 3 other companies, none of which were willing to accommodate our needs. Have never had a need for a large temporary bin until we decided to clean out our garage. The owner replied to my call in a timely manner. They did not have the bin size we were looking for (they had availability for a larger one) so they gave us the larger bin for the cheaper price. They dropped off when they said they would, they picked up the bin when they said they would. i would recommend this site to anyone. read more

A totally satisfying experience. Couldn't ask for more. Rental process was easy. Had a couple last minute changes and the office staff was more than accommodating. The dumpster arrived on time. The driver took extra care to ensure that our driveway was protected (put down boards so the steel bin never touched the ground). Pick up was quick and easy. Driver backed in, hooked up, tarped the loads, hoisted the dumpster onto the truck, swept the driveway and was gone in 15 minutes! Very professional and a very good value. read more
