These patients are sick, feeling ill, need medical help, and/or are returning for results which is nerve wrecking in itself. They are extremely rude and have zero empathy for the community members endorsing their clinic. I have begged my parents to switch PCPs due to the lack of respect these ladies show, BUT I have seen first hand the care the MDs provide and I can see why my parents want to continue care here. As an oncologist, he should be the one provider advocating for care to ensure good results. He is NOT that person. My husband was referred there by his GI Specialist on treating his cancer. Michael Del Rosario met with us, took out his phone and scrolled through it, said that my husband was going to die and he was going to set him up with hospice. Every other doctor said he was going to live but he had to get through the treatment. Michael Del Rosario was not willing to give the necessary treatment, even when I ordered special labs to show him them the updated research and the newest chemotherapy. His only response to me was how did you hear about that testing and that it cost extra to do that. His only offer to my husband was chemotherapy pills and pain medication.As a side note, when hospice called and saw my husband's chart, the doctor said get your husband away from Dr. Del Rosario.
