When I went to my appointment, she did not apologize. She told me I still had time to make it to the HP location. I called the HP office and the receptionist there told me, I would not be seen because I would make it past cutoff time for patients to go in. I had to request time off again and set another appointment. When I went to the following appointment, Berta had made several errors in making appointments. The receptionist I checked in with said my appointment did not show in their system but still honored the appointment. I informed the physician that day of my complaint (what happened the last two ocassions) and he seemed indifferent.

Dr. Park can help you mild/moderate illnesses and any medical issues that aren't too complicated. It's like a quicker version of urgent care. They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean.
