A downside is the quality/cleanliness of the ingredients at times. Occasionally, some ingredients that sit in water get murky (ex. Tofu) and the vegetables get wilted or start to discolor. What really lowers the rating for this place aside from the subpar quality is the automatically implemented tip in the payment system. I've been going here for the past 2 years and have never been automatically charged for tip, but the last time I went, there wasn't even an option to change or decline the tip. I didn't have the time to question the cashiers when it happened, but based on others' reviews, it confirmed for me that they have recently implemented this system. It's extremely unfair and invalid to require tip without prior informing, and I only had a party of 2 which does not hit the gratuity requirement of 5+ guests.
