She has great communication. She called and confirmed the day before the party and made sure that coming dressed as a new style clown, without the white make-up, was appropriate. During the party she opened with a brief magic show, followed by face painting, and then she offered to do games like limbo. She was awesome. making the payment was as easy as making the reservation. She sent an invoice and I paid her electronically. She made featured the birthday boy during her show and made his day special. It is a birthday that he will not forget. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE…read more ------- This is our experience: My husband rented a bounce house, 7 tables, and 50 chairs (prepared by Tonya) to be delivered and set up at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 17, 2014 for my son's first birthday party. We called on May 16, Friday, to confirm our order and were told that all was well. On Saturday, May 17 at 1:53 PM, when we no one had yet arrived with our delivery, we called spoke to a woman who told us that she wasn't in the office and she would call us back. At 2:14 PM a gentleman called us back to say that the "Truck was up on Shadeland..." and that he would be here soon. We informed him that the party was set to begin at 3:00 PM. We were expecting 50 guests to arrive. At 3:00 PM, the truck and two gentleman arrived at our driveway. My husband was asked to sign delivery papers. My husband signed the paper and noted that the delivery was two hours late. He then asked the driver to initial the paper, then returned to the party and our guests, leaving the delivery guys to continue with the set-up. My guests, who were arriving at the time, heard the driver cursing and exclaiming loudly, "I will never work for this guy again..." After a few minutes, the driver got back into the truck and drove off, having never delivered the bounce house or any of our paid rentals - or letting us know that he was leaving or why he was leaving without delivering our rentals. We called at 3:24 PM, 3:28 PM, and 3:40 PM to try to see why no one was delivering or setting up the bounce house. No one returned our calls. My guests were left to sit on the ground in our backyard, and thankfully, we had a playset and other games of our own to entertain the twenty kids who came to our house. Resolution: None. No one from the company has called us back to explain what happened. We have sent emails to both the people listed on the contact page of their website (Lori and Paul). We contacted our credit card company to refuse payment. The only thing we can do now is to let everyone know how terrible this company is. They take your money, are completely unprofessional, and don't even care about their customers who spend months and weeks planning special events for their friends and family. While we tried very hard not to let our disgust for this company color the beautiful event we had planned to celebrate our son's first birthday, it was frustrating to have to explain to our guests why we had no place for them to sit while they ate their meal. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The tables were filthy, and did not look ANYTHING like what the picture showed. Pieces of wood missing or splintered off and hanging there. One piece was on an end and was pointing straight up like a dagger! Someone could have gotten hurt. They were such crude tables. Looked like something someone just threw together. I called & talked to Lance the owner several times over several weeks who kept telling me he would take care of it, and never did anything. Just got the run around. I would report to BBB but they aren't a member (gee I wonder why) Worth the money to go somewhere else. I couldn't give them a negative star!
