I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench.
