He arrived quickly, gave us a great bid and we have been VERY happy with his company. They arrive on time when they say they will, something most contractors have a hard time doing. There at 8:00 AM each day with a team ready to hit the ground running. They protected all the surfaces NOT getting painted, removed all doors and mission shutters and then after refreshing, rehung same perfectly. They worked long days and got the job done, cleaning up each day upon completion. I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

I was so thankful they could get me in. Other places were saying 4-5 days out. It's been storming this week, more expected to come. To my surprise I was called at 8:30 this morning a told I could come in at anytime. The girl at the desk Jennifer was great very professional and she was helpful. Because of this transaction i asked about 2 windshield that we need replaced. One was about average price. The one for my son's family car was a 1/3 of price of other places. It's a new car with a dumb windshield that needs computer programming. Love that technology. I'd recommend using their services just off my experience. They were busy also, they still took good care of the customers that were there and ones calling in for questions. The technician was nice and friendly even apologized for not being able to get all the glass out of the cracks. Not to sound bad, I didn't think it was his job to make me whole, but he did and he did a super job cleaning the glass up. Thank you, I apologize for not remembering your name. The window was installed and upon picking up the car I looked closely at the new windshield to see if I could detect any differences. The only two differences I could find was the name brand was different than the OEM glass. The shade at the top was exactly the same as was the clarity etc. the only other difference I noted was the price they charged me here was far lower than an OEM glass. Also the Eyesight system worked perfectly as well. Very happy with the price and windshield. Bravo!!

I requested that a new outlet be added in my bathroom, a couple of light switches be reworked, my…read moregarbage disposal be replaced, and a light fixture be installed. Below is a brief synopsis, there's more detail of course. The tech managed to get one of the sets of switches reworked (which I was actually very impressed by because it's weird wiring) and the outlet was installed perfectly but I ended up having to remove the light fixture and re-install it and I am unhappy that the 15 year old flange was not replaced with the new garbage disposal. I've been told by many people that the flange absolutely should have been replaced and that this one will end up leaking at some point due to the 15 year old flange and 15 year old plumbers putty sealing it. I even had all the parts as well as the plumbers putty I purchased for the flange sitting beside the sink. The tech put the old garbage disposal in a small trash can that we really never use. Weeks later, thanks to the smell, I discovered it. There with a few inches of water in the bottom, mold, all sorts of disgustingness, and just threw the entire trash can away. I am unhappy that the Covid protocols they list on their website weren't followed. I did text a response to their follow up with no response and I did call and speak to someone there. I was told that the owner would return my call but that was months ago and I never heard back. I really wanted this to be a great service because I have a lot of work that I need done but I'm walking away very disappointed that, not only was the job not done to my satisfaction, but the owner didn't care enough to call back when I really just wanted the flange replaced as it should have been. The rest of the issues seemed like honest mistakes, and those things happen, but leaving old parts instead of taking a few minutes to replace them isn't okay. And never receiving a call back about the issues I had is the most bothersome part. Half the work was great but sadly I can't recommend them. I hope I can find a similar service to complete the rest of the work I need done.

I shopped around looking for a good deal on auto glass replacement. After talking to several call centers that tried to use high pressure sales tactics, I decided to keep my money local. Binswanger's price and customer service were excellent. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, dropped my car off Friday morning, and it was ready three hours later! Couldn't ask for anything better! When I need something special, they do a great job of listening to what I want and helping me get it ordered. Home Outlet has become the first place I go when I need windows, flooring, cabinets, tile, counter tops, doors, and more. Another observation. With few exceptions, the same people I was dealing with in 2021 are there today. Lynn the store manager, Brent and Robert (who just retired a couple of weeks ago) are customer service experts. They are always ready to help me, but know when to leave me alone to shop and think before I need assistance. I don't have a single criticism of these professionals, and I look forward to shopping with them for years to come!

That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it.
