First customer service. I requested the quote from Wise Glass through their website. Within an hour I received a text asking for some measurements and a picture of the space. Once I sent the info I got the quote back within 30 minutes. Frances was on it!! We texted back and forth about the process and lead time. She was professional and very helpful. So far thumbs up. I received quotes from 2 other companies in the mid-cities area. They both required someone to come out and measure. So a couple days later I got my quote. Not bad just not great. Let's talk price. Wise Glass beat the competition prices by $100. - $200 for a standard glass enclosure. I was interested in the upgraded Star Fire Clear glass since my shower area was white. Wide Glass prices were the best by far! Other companies were going to charge double for the crystal clear glass and for Wise Glass it was a $400 upgrade.
