Sean is incredible. I texted him at 6:30am Monday morning with a pic of my broken spring. he responded by 7am. gave me a quote, and was on-site at 8:30am. Finished by 9:30am. I'm not sure if I will use him again. I pretty much called him for simple fix and he Was fast to come. After same problem started again, which we paid over $ 100 for lube & lousy universal remote. He was irate when I called him back, minutes after he left. Long story short we fixed the problem ourselves. I'm not sure, perhaps I missed something. I called Sean today (Sunday) and spoke with him personally. Told him the spring broke on my double garage door. He suggested it be replaced with 2 springs instead of one and could be here in 2 hours. He came, did the job and I was back in business in less than 1 hour. He even corrected something that was installed backwards by the original install contractor. Sean did excellent work, and gave me a break as well on his labor charge. I initially asked him to install a used garage door opener that I had acquired. He installed it, but the garage door opener itself had problems and worked erratically.
