Today one of the techinicans--Tucker--visited the property twice, including once with the owner of the company, to help me identify both obvious and easy to overlook, areas of concern that would otherwise be very hard to detect. Meeting with Tucker and Luke today made me feel much more at ease. I'm very confident that if something unexpected comes up before the permanent repairs occur, they'll be on top of it.
