I waited 4 months for a head gasket repair on my 93 Dodge ram 250…read more They ignored my phone calls after 2 months, and when they finally got my head gasket ordered, they failed to tell me it didn't come with new head bolts, and so they installed it with the old bolts!!! Then, it wouldn't start, so they tried starting fluid instead of ordering a new fuel lift pump. They said, "must have been sitting too long". Yeah? No kidding? So I ordered and delivered the fuel pump. It works! Still has oil in the radiator that I have to deal with. Low rpms and smoke in the exhaust now. Still charged me $2000 to get it back, not fixed. Super disappointed in the communication.
