I called ahead, and the team confirmed the vehicle was available. They allowed me to place a deposit over the phone, answered all of my questions, sent me additional photos, and even worked out a reasonable price before I made the drive. Since we were coming from far away, the sales team had everything ready when we arrived. The car was prepared for a test drive, and most of the paperwork was already set up. Best of all, the price was exactly what we had agreed on over the phone. No games, no surprises, and no hidden fees. The finance manager was a little persistent about the extended warranty, but that's pretty normal at most dealerships. As a car enthusiast, extended warranties just aren't my thing, and they respected my decision. While we were completing the paperwork, someone hand washed and cleaned the car for us. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped download and set up the app, connected everything to the car, and made sure all the features were working properly before we left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We were in and out with a brand-new car in about two hours, which is impressive considering most dealership visits seem to take half a day. My only suggestion: offer some complimentary coffee, tea, or snacks! Most dealerships in the Bay Area have a waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks. I guess things are a little different up in Ukiah. Overall, a fantastic buying experience. Honest pricing, great communication, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth process from start to finish. Well when you are in an emergency, we were just thankful someone would take us. Well, it had a quick fix with a zip tie as they would need to order the part and it would take a few days to get it in. So I went here and the first guy said it couldn't be done, I'd have to get new ($300) coverings. The front office gentleman, Christian, told me to hold on. He spoke with another great guy, Chris, about my situation and Chris was able to get my problem resolved quickly and for dirt cheap. They COULD have taken more money (or rather attempted to because honestly I was going to have to look for another shop) but they were honest and fair. Not from the area but was working in Ukiah for a week. Mixed feelings about my experience. Great…read morecustomer service but not detailed workmanship. Dropped off my truck for an air conditioning leak. Had been to two other mechanics near my home that either couldn't find a leak or simply replaced a valve and recharged, only for me to find out that by the next day, the refrigerant leaked out. TC replaced a valve and again, by the end of the next day, the refrigerant had leaked out. Brought it back in on the day I was heading home and they looked again and found leaking gaskets which they replaced at no charge. By the time got home to Nevada, all of the refrigerant had leaked out and I was again without cold AC. Staff was super friendly and had no problem standing by their work. I knew I would be back in Ukiah two weeks later and scheduled to bring my truck in on a Saturday (even though they are closed but someone was supposed to be there). Called a couple days before to confirm and was told that nobody would be there since they weren't sure if I was definitely coming. Well, I'm from NJ where a person's word means something. I had solid plans to be there since my wife and I were vacationing in the area. Unfortunately, like previous shops, they didn't take the time to look at every aspect of the system and when I went to a fourth mechanic, he was able to diagnose a leaking compressor along with a ticking noise coming from the bearings and shaft of the compressor. There was dye around the bottom of the compressor which I assume was put in the system by TC. So again, mixed feelings about the experience. Would definitely go back if I needed a friendly shop in Ukiah but would be concerned with the quality of the work.
