From the very beginning she was very welcoming, and showed cared and compassion for each of us as we got set-up by making sure we had what we needed to have the best experience. We started with a quick sound bathe warm/up which set the tone for the experience. We then began the yoga session, which was I greatly appreciated Sarah's pace, and the routine we did. She was prepared with alternative versions of each stretch/yoga pose, allowing us that were tighter and less flexible to get the most out of each stretch she introduced! She helped each of us through demonstrating each pose, talking us through the poses, and physically supporting adjusting our postures. The sound bathe was equally as enjoyable, being able to really fall into the meditative state having the sound resonate well within the space. It was not too loud, it was the perfect volume for me feel my thoughts drown out, and my body align. I was left feeling like I jump started my self-care journey, and my body left opened and ready for more! After seeing the good reviews, I brought my 16-year old daughter in and after just the first session, she was calmed and grounded - so much so that I wasn't sure how it could have helped so much so quickly. The good thing is that he educates you as you get treatment. My daughter said things like, "I feel so calm", "He didn't force any ideas on me but made me ponder about them," and "it was like a massage but hands-off, hands-on and understanding various chakras" (I don't know what all of this means so I will try it myself). She seemed very happy with it and I am very happy with how it made her feel more balanced.

It is a 30 minute drive from my home, but every class is worth it. So many experiences I have at the Heart Center take me back to the beautiful yoga I experienced in India. I've received Reiki healing from Anne more than once. It's always a lovely, comfortable, connected…read moreexperience. After each session, I feel relaxed, grounded, and more at ease with myself. Receiving energy healing helps me come back to my center, helps me remember who I truly am, and helps me find the love I have for myself that is often hard to access on my own.
