The sound of the crunch of the bread was the price of admission right there. The ingredients all tasted amazing, but the paper thin sliced turkey and spicy marinara really stood out to me the most. The son is now the barrista. The decor is charming - lots of magnums and jeroboams, cabinets full of dusty wine bottles, full of light. I miss it already! I had a carpaccio plate with freshly cut tomato one morning. Marinated tongue and eggplant another. Most of the family had delicious paninis - my son had freshly cut fruit every day. Lots of regulars.
