I can get treatment for UTIs and common colds in less than an hour. No need for urgent care or in person doctors visits. The only reason I been at an office is due to paper work an a weird viral pink eye. My doctor is awesome. He takes his own vitals and does everything meaning none of the repeating everything you just told the MA or Nurse (I'm a nurse myself so I get it) just straight to the point. My doctor remembers everything from the last visit and it's easy to message him if needed. They do labs here as well. I never spent no more than like 5 minutes in the waiting room either. Parking? First, the punctuality is non-existent--I waited nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time with zero communication from the front desk. Once I finally left, the 'care' stopped immediately. Trying to get a response via the app or a simple follow-up on labs is like shouting into a void; they are quick to bill you but impossible to reach when you actually have a question. It's incredibly frustrating to pay a yearly membership fee just to be treated like an inconvenience. The staff is dismissive, the organization is a disaster, and the 'premium' experience is a complete myth. Save your money and your sanity--go literally anywhere else in Houston.

Only patients approved for testing by the MDA doctors can avail this facility, probably the reason why it has not been on Yelp so far. The process is pretty smooth and staff very friendly and gentle. You need to check- in, your name comes up on the board, you get called in for wrist band and then you wait your turn. The wait time depends on the number of patients waiting, not on your appointment time so better to come early. You don't have to pay anything on the spot. The tests will be run through your insurance and then the bill comes on your record. The results are also updated on your record and am not sure, maybe your assigned doctor gets a copy too, or its just uploaded and both access the same results online. There is the Waterfall cafeteria close by if you want a bite.

We were directed by a sign to go up elevator R, it won't let you push the button for the lobby so we pushed the 1st floor button. When exiting the elevator, there's a security officer across the way that will ask you where you're headed. We got on the elevator by the security officer's desk and went up one level to the lobby, you exit the elevator and go forward your right toward elevator T. Board elevator T and go up to the 5th floor where you exit the elevator and turn to your right. Go to the end and the breast ultrasound/ imaging check in desk is on your left. Bring your parking ticket as they do validate on the weekends. FYI there is no valet at Mays on the weekends, only at main building. Staff were friendly and I was in and out quickly. I do wish they had warm robes like they do at west Houston imaging, and I also wish I could get immediate results like at west Houston. All in all a good experience.

Never got my lab results until I called them repeatedly. Then found out I was billed a TeleHealth visit with the doctor called me back to tell me my results were normal.
