I wanted to know which would be more helpful and was informed that giving platelets would be more helpful, however, it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the time so I opted to donate platelets. Once I went to the donation chair everyone was super nice and accommodating making sure I had drinks and snacks to keep me comfortable. The process did take 2 hours but I left knowing I would want to donate again and would return to this location.

(she assisted me on my first and second donation, and she did spectacular on my stick today.) My only negative would be about the facility. They only had one kiosk working. He is excellent and will do well in any medical career he choose because a good Attitude is everything. I was also impressed with the nice young ladies who pre-screen you ( weight, temperature, finger prick;-(,ect.) The ones that screened me on 11/01/2025 & 11/03/2025 were SWEETHEARTS! Very helpful & kind in explaining what to do next ect. I'm giving this location a FIVE STAR REVIEW & definitely recommend it! The intake took a while because my doctor's nurse put my nickname on the order. So, I had to return after they fixed it. Getting blood drawn is not like in the Dracula movie. They got pretty efficient system and comfort. I was given plenty of instructions afterwards. Got my snacks and water before I left about half hour after they closed. They didn't rush me even though I was the last customer being served.

Arrived early and felt VERY rushed . The technician was having issues with the stick. They were closing down the bus while I was still there.
