Jasmine Laser was much further away, in Littleton off Bowles, but had better reviews. So I made the appointment. Treatments are given in the basement of the doctor's home, in a well-furnished and beautifully set-up area, with a bathroom. Be prepared to spend some time here: 45 minutes for numbing, about 10 for the CO2, and 30 minutes with the aftercare mask. This was an exceedingly painful treatment, but you're given a hose that blows cold air. This helps!! Aftercare instructions were clear, and the doctor is lovely, charming, and very professional. There is also a tabby cat, who was quite attracted to the fur pompom on my hat. I ended up hiding it in my coat sleeve. (My hat, not the cat.) I look forward to returning for another treatment!

The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
