She offers many more services, under a medical director. I had a plasma fibroblast pen treatment. Liz has the BEST prices that I found! She also offers facials, red/blue/yellow light therapy, laser treatments, RF microneedling, and fat removal. Her own skin is absolutely gorgeous! Liz is calm, friendly, professional, and very soothing during painful treatments. She's skilled and competent, and I plan to see her again for future treatments. She did my lower eyelids and upper lip with the plasma pen, and provided medical-grade numbing cream before the procedure. I numbed myself at home. She didn't provide aftercare cream, but did provide a full set of aftercare instructions. This was not a problem, as Liz recommended Aquaphor. Protocols vary among practitioners. Liz takes more of a simple, effective, no-fuss approach. I also like the fact that Liz doesn't upsell or push other products and services. If you ask what can be done for a particular problem, like forehead creases, she will tell you what she can do for them. She is now in suite 401. I have pictures of my face, but chickened out and removed them. However, the plasma pen burns are neat and professional :) I may or may not add before and after pictures at a later date.

Liz also does my dermal fillers and Botox to my face; which looks so good and not an overdone look. Never any bruising or soreness...love.... love. They were lofty promises to do so much but I saw zero changes to my skin after. I had a consultation before my appointment where they went over my skincare regimen, tried to sell me skincare products, then went to the laser. Since I already take great care of my skin and have a comprehensive skincare regimen, they said I may not see much results with my first laser treatment, then spent the rest of my consultation trying to upsell me on a different laser package where I'm told I would see results with those pricier lasers. Overall, everyone was nice and welcoming, but it felt like I was constantly being pressured to purchase something. If I left with any improvements in my skin like my skin tone, or hyperpigmentation I would have still been satisfied with my visit, but the fact that I didn't see any improvements in my skin whatsoever, I felt like everyone wasted their time, including myself, and I was out $100. I saw better results with other skin treatments like a hydrafacial that were similar in price and saw immediate results.

Since I was out of town she texted that she would call the following week when I got home. Never heard from her or anyone else. My complaint concerned a facial tech, who was 15 minutes late starting, but said she would make up. How would she do that? Shortly thereafter, she wanted to add a service, and I asked how since she was late starting. She didn't answer, but insisted I would like it and it would only be a $30 up charge, and could I ADD IT TO HER TIP. I said I have 2 services how do I give you a tip so much bigger than the other lady? And she said "DON'T YOU HAVE CASH?" and I said, "no credit card". Then SHE ASKED IF I HAVE VENMO and I said no. Now she seemed angry. Next she said well it doesn't look like you need any extractions, what do you think? And I said no because who wants someone angry doing extractions on your face. Additionally having had facials it seemed to be she saved time by eliminating some of the facial steps she was supposed to do and that I paid for. This was not very relaxing or comfortable experience. And isn't she stealing from the Salon?? Is the deal that she uses their facilities, scheduling, advertising and maybe product and in return they split sales? (or something like that). If she is offering services off the books isn't she stealing from them, and wouldn't they want to know about it? The only friend I told about this said her daughter had the same late experience and when she complained BV said they would give her a discount on her next service and she said "There is not going to be any next service."
