Love love love the way Kristen does my eyelashes! She really listens to what her customer want. Her lashes look really natural and last forever. The studio itself is on the third floor of an office building. It's super cozy and the decor makes you feel like you're worth a million bucks. The place is super clean and everyone is very professional. The best is that they have a rewards program and you get 20% off any service for just signing up! And for every 5 visits you receive another 15% off. It's seriously and unbeatable deal you're not going to find anywhere else. I stumbled upon this place cause my bf's stepmom bought me a gift certificate and I seriously think I found my lash person. I've had my lashes done at other places and they just don't seem to last as long or look as good. It's a small studio, but there's always customers waiting when I'm there. Kristin was amazing! I recently lost my eyebrow stylist (I went to the same one for 10 years before she retired) and I needed to get my wookie eyebrows waxed STAT for a wedding. She took my appointment and was able to squeeze me in right away, within 20 minutes of the phone call. Her wax is SO much better than strip wax, I have very sensitive skin and my skin wasn't even red afterward! After she FABULOUSLY took care of my brows I booked my first ever facial which was just amazing. Unlike other stylists where it's awkward to chat, she's so easy to talk to. That's saying a lot coming from me because I'm NOT girly at all, am not really into beauty routines, and I'm super nerdy. But she made the entire experience as a whole wonderful. Her office was stylish and comfortable, but also very clean. She also is willing to text you to let you know about your appointment. Just got my first laser hair treatment with Kristen! The space is comfy and well decorated, located behind yak and yeti to the right. Kristen made me feel comfortable and well treated during what can be a pretty uncomfortable experience. Their laser has some sort of cooling mechanism that really took the sting out of the treatment. Results for laser take a while to show up, so I can't quite review results on that yet, but based on my experience today I would recommend them for sure! read more

I am always so happy with my lashes, Crystal consistently gets the just how I like them every time. Her lashes seem to stay on a bit longer than others I've had in the past and they also don't spin in and stab my eyes. I love how she does them. She also has the beat value around! I had my eyelashes done previously and they were clumped, hanging down because there was too much weight, and so far down at the base the edge of the new extension would scratch my eyes and the glue left on the skin would stick my eyes close after blinking... I was skeptical to try again but Kristin is seriously amazing. She is a beautiful lady and easy to connect with, she is extremely kind and really loves what she does. Her lashes are attached 1:1 and not all one length across, she mixes in smaller lashes to break up the space and add dimension and realisticness. The lashes are so light on your eyes and getting them on was awesome because it felt like my friend was doing them and we talked and laughed and she really creates a bond with you. Her prices are extremely fair (you can find people charging $250 -$400 for a full set) and her space is beautiful and calming and the time flies. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She does a great job, loves what she does, and I'll be back again and again because she is the only one I trust with these babies! I think I'll try a brow tint from her as well, she is so pleasant I'll probably have to try every service! P.S. If you think her prices are amazing as well, be sure you tip triple-y amazing because she keeps her prices down and how can help her in return is to tip on what the normal prices usually are $200-$300. Originally I went to see Kristen Drakuilc March 31 I bought a Groupon I had never had eyelash extensions so I really wanted to try them she applied the eyelash extensions after they looked really good I wrote a review because I thought they were good until Day 10 I took not get the extensions wet for 48 hours and I did not use any mascara I followed the directions I was given than she text me after day 10 to see if I wanted to keep my appointment for my fill at that point I told her they have been coming out and they are crusty she proceeds to tell me that we shed a lot of hair in the spring time but that did not explain why they were so dry and crunchy she told me to come in and if I have lashes left she will try putting on volume lashes and use stronger glue I agreed thinking she would fix whatever went wrong so I went to see her again Wednesday after work she applied eyelash extensions result was horrible worse than the 1st ones she made the eyelashes huge and they were itching and irritated like the next day Again I followed all her instructions so tried calling her Sunday to let her know she would not respond to me it went straight to her voicemail so I email her on her business email told her something is wrong and I would like to know what product she is using she replied she used volume eyelash extensions and volume box Glue that I tried getting more information on that product never was able to find it when I searched a he replied can you come in on Tuesday so I can take a look she said she does not know why they were worse than the first time I have to make a Doctors Appointment for Monday morning She was not concerned at all I am going to turn her in I don't want this lady to touch me again I am terrified this going to ruin my real eyelashes unbelievable a person would treat her paying customers like this never again will I ever go to her or get any other eyelash extensions I don't think she sterilizes her equipment and her product is not I am so upset She does not even deserve 1 star she is a horrible lady stay far away from her she does not care about her customers read more
