I ended up being 8 in line. I was then moved up to number 9 in line and stayed at there for quite some time. Once I showed as 2 in line, i headed to their location. I wasn't seen until about 10:20am. Once in a room, i sat in there for about 20-30 minutes before anyone came in to acknowledge me. I got my vitals taken, and was told the provider would be in shortly. The provider came in about 20 minutes later, did an exam and said they were going to run an EKG. A gentleman popped his head through the door and asked did i give a specimen a moment ago. That specimen was provided when i arrived to the facility and i was told to leave it on the counter( with no identifying information on it). That seemed quite odd, being that another patient could've left a specimen, and they could have easily gotten mixed up. Another tech came in to do the EKG, then proceeded to tell me she was hooking up an IV. I wasn't told i was getting an IV. I like to know all of the services in getting from the provider, not the Tech. The tech stated I would be getting fluids. Once she left out the room, no one came back to the room until 20-30 minutes later to ask if i had my fluids. Fluids free flowed for about 1.5 hours. My husband had to go into the hallway to tell the tech that my fluids were done and that my IV was back flowing blood into the line. The tech came in and unhooked me, but proceeded to say the IV has to stay in until the provider comes back to see me. The provider came and said labs were fine, she was writing prescriptions, and discharging me. Another 20-30 minutes passed and I just told my husband to go ahead and go to the car. Maybe them seeing him leave out the room would speed up them bringing me discharge papers. It definitely did the trick. I was on sight at this location from 9:30am-1:40pm. I will NEVER come back to this location.

The employees are great people, but the owner is terrible, my interaction with him was very negative! I came here after a previous mechanic did not fix my car properly; issue with the ac not working. I thought this would be an excellent place to solve my problem because they have done emissions test for the past 3 years!! I was wrong! They replaced some part (line or something to that effect) that was leaking freon. Gave me the car back and it was still not working! Then the owner Harry told me to take it back to the previous mechanic claiming his shop did everything right. I took it to the other mechanic who said Charbonier misdiangned the car and that I should take it back to them. Basically I was being bounce around. I was finally able to bring the car back after two weeks as agreed upon. Mind you, during this time, the heat in St. Louis was above 90!! most of the days!! I had to look for other means of transport, uber and friends! When I finally brought it back, Harry was more focused on blaming the other mechanic and arguing, not even listening or pretending not to understand what I was saying!!! Culminated in a screaming match between him and I. Very frustrating. He needs to let his employees deal with customers. They do a way better job than him for sure in dealing with customers and I am speaking for myself. Don't yell at customers!! I cursed him out for his nasty attitude, but I am not proud of it.

The next day they called with a quote of $1400 that she accepted. When I looked at the bill the charges for the parts were $399 for a MAF ($162 actual price for the part, even OEM was only $300), $599 for 4 ignition coils (should have been no more than $350), $52 per spark plug. And the labor was billed separately. None of these would solve a Chassis Control System error. My Daughter drove the car and before she got home (engine at temperature) the p0101 code returned and the Chassis Control System error returned. She called them back and their response was "To drive it around for a while to see if the problem clears" I purchased a copy Nissan Service manual (and a friend checked AllData). To diagnose a p0101 code, the engine needs to be brought to running temperature. if they would have followed this first step, they would have seen the actual indication of problems. Avoid this garage. They do not listen to their customers. They over charge on parts, and I wonder if they actually know what they are doing.
