My wait time was about 5 minutes. The technician was gentle and pain free. They are always pleasant. The bathroom could have used some sprucing up and there were urine samples from others left in there that needed to be collected. Otherwise it was fine.

There was no one to assist another patient that had a question, and I had to be somewhere after only having the appointment to drop off a specimen (told should take only 5 minutes). They are not efficient, and at my last blood draw appointment, they took the wrong test on the wrong day (even though the Dr left a note). Just allot more than a fair amount of time for your visit, and make sure you know the names of the tests before they draw (you need to ask your Dr for this before).

I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and compassion. You could totally see that they loved where the work. I broke/dislocated my toe the previous day and by the time work was over I knew it was time to get it looked at and of course my GP is impossible to get into. The tech was very prompt and had an awesome attitude! He was easy to talk to and very nice/personable! He was one of the two techs I saw while there, his name is Rogan, I can't remember the other name but they were dynamite! The PA was absolutely amazing. He explained everything and was so nice and helpful! He gave me great specific instructions and great referrals. He didn't make me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing like some places do. The doctor who stopped in was also SO professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility if not for the staff alone, but the extremely clean and well stocked facility. Can't go wrong with this location!

When I finally reached the lab they rushed through everything and hung up. Today I made an appt, then ran late, but I was still there by 4:10. Was told they were a) packing to move and b) had appts that filled the rest of the afternoon. They apologized and pointed me across the parking lot to the new Mercy Bldg, telling me that was where they were moving to and staff was already there and seeing patients till 5. I got there before 4:30 and was told that they were already closed. I checked the Quest website and it said that location was open till 5. Very disappointed in Quest today. I recognize that I was late to my appt, but was pleased to be directed to a location that could see me.
