It's the size of a basketball and extremely dark so I don't know how it was missed. * Drywall water damage above the kitchen that I never noticed. It's a circle about 3-4' in diameter. * There's drywall damage above the guest bathroom right below the water heaters. Looks to be from legs as it's 4 points piercing the drywall. * Guest toilet tank is cracked and leaking at one of the bolts, it had never been used but we noticed the leak. * Two outlets with open grounds, only found out when trying to plug things in, had to reset the breaker and use a plug tester. I was able to call a plumber and get some stuff remedied but I still have to address the electrical. This stuff is beyond some minor things I mentioned in my original review and this is the kind of thing that will effect my home in the long term. I really do hate writing reviews but the more I find and the more I have to pay in repairs the less I care about being nice and brushing it off.

They not only showed up on time, they were EARLY! This was a team of two guys and they took their time - well over 3 hours to inspect my clients potential new home! We had to reschedule our first appointment which led to a misunderstanding with the HVAC inspector (I believe he was a third party vendor). This was a bit frustrating, but the office manager for Integrity was on it and had amazing customer service skills keeping me in the loop the entire time (even after hours!). I would probably skip the HVAC inspection through them again because it didn't seem like a detailed inspection but the general home inspection was great and the report was easy to read. I really liked how it classified items by level of importance making it easy for clients to decipher. You could tell by the way the report was written that they were knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving the professionals at Integrity a try!
