The resort was so beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing, but had enough options for us to not get bored. We are so glad you recommended the ocean view room! It was so nice to sit out on our balcony and listen to the waves or use the jacuzzi bathtub to relax! The room had a beautiful interior with a nice shower and double sinks for us to use and get ready! The bed was super comfortable also. We loved having room service deliver us breakfast at our dinner table! We always felt the room was cleaned well after the maids came and the turn down service was a hit with the chocolates they provided along with the service! We absolutely loved the restaurant options they have at Unico! We were able to have dinner at all four with our favorite being Muras, the Japanese restaurant! The portion sizes were the perfect size allowing us to get appetizers to share, a main dish, and dessert at all of them! The waiter and waitresses were always so nice and provided great service! My wife even had them provide a birthday dessert and small presentation! The food by the pool and room service were also really delicious! We can't say enough about the food and drinks! We miss it all! The spa was so relaxing! We did a couples massage the last full day at Unico and it did not disappoint! They made us feel so relaxed and treated all our knots! We loved it and would recommend it to others if they think the price is too high to ask about it when they get there. We paid a 1/4 of the price when we talked to the vacation works folks! It was a great decision! The only disappointment we had was our parasailing and banana boating was cancelled due to ocean conditions. We know there was nothing the hotel or excursion folks could do so that isn't really a knock on the resort or anyone! So if we could we would try to schedule it earlier in the trip to allow for a reschedule. We were able to do the ziplining, cave snorkeling, and four-wheeling! This was another great time! We would recommend others take a look at this excursion because it is very well put together! There was not a lot of wasted time between activities, so you get to enjoy a lot of things and get back to the hotel to soak up some sun at the end of the day before your dinner! We even made some pretty great friends doing these activities! We did not have any problems with the COVID testing. It was smooth and very quick to get done. Other than having to worry about the problems that would happen if we tested positive it did not affect our trip. The travel from the airport to the hotel and back was very smooth by Lomas. The directions Teresa provided us were great and helped us avoid wasting time with the booth people on our way out! Our flights all went great and we had no delays! The trip overall went really great! The resort was awesome and they even provided a personal assistant for each couple to allow you to ask for help with scheduling items at the hotel or anything you needed! A big plus for us! We really appreciate Teresa's advice setting this trip up! Everything was so nice and smooth with the trip allowing us to relax and enjoy our honeymoon! It helped that they had been to NOLA before and could make some personal recommendations; one of our favorite recs was the evening historical ghost tour which we might not have thought to try if it weren't for them. They also found us options for culinary tours at our request. :) Our latest request for them was for our honeymoon. We were already so focused and stressed from wedding planning that it was an easy decision to enlist Melissa and Zach's help by giving them our preferences, timeline, and budget for our honeymoon, and they helped price out some great options for us to choose from for multiple countries. We ended up choosing Mexico for the value, and it was just what we wanted and needed after our wedding festivities were over. While they will plan a nice vacation for you both domestically and internationally, I think their international experience with traveling is the most valuable thing about their services. They're adventurous and have tried both the touristy things and things off the beaten track; they won't have an issue with giving you great travel tips and good deals. :)

Melissa incorporated the ideas I had found (there was a luxury tent resort I knew I wanted to stay in) with suggestions of her own and it all worked out wonderfully and in fact exceeded my expectations. The trip was far better than anything I could have planned on my own. We had drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go, they found us an awesome resort in Mombasa, planned activities for days that we needed them and also allowed for plenty of downtime, and worked within our budget. We never had to worry about anything once we hit the ground in Kenya. Sometimes throughout the planning process I would change my mind about things, and Melissa was always very patient and prompt with getting back to me and tailoring the itinerary exactly to my specifications. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We met Deborah of Travel Place last year while attending a bridal show/expo for our wedding. I…read morenever used a travel agent and honestly never thought it was necessary and always booked our trips travel myself. I am sure glad we used her for our honeymoon to Moorea and Bora Bora! She was able to make our dream honeymoon turn into reality. We knew we wanted the total package. This was our honeymoon, a once in a lifetime event. We booked the beautiful overwater bungalows in both Moorea and Bora Bora and it was heavenly! We are both very busy with work and school schedules, and have limited time, but Deborah made herself available to chat with us on Skype in the evenings, and email many before our trip. She gave us tons of inside tips, promptly answered all of (our many questions) and presented us with many option and pricing. Having gone to Tahiti as many times as she had, she is definitely an expert. As soon as we arrived to both islands we were greeted with beautiful fragrant leis by the staff and promptly driven to our resort. During our entire stay she checked in with the staff to make sure we arrived safely and got us the royal treatment and even some extra perks and surprises that one might never get. You can that she loves her job and makes sure her clients are well taken care of. My husband and I were treated like royalty at both resorts, but especially at The St. Regis. We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. I would fully recommend using Deborah in the future and we look forward to going back one day for our anniversary!
